Jon Leonard returned an email that i had sent yesterday. They are working tirelessly getting all their ducks in a row. We are already half way through the 1H 2017. I am more than confidant 'total capitol raise' will occur before or by the end of the 1H as stated in the 'business overview'.
With this 'new technology' and a huge market share, management is not taking the first offers of finance because they don't want a reverse split on the stock even though that would take us to NASDAG quicker. They are moving forward in the best interest of the shareholders. No other company in the WORLD has the patent on this very complicated technology.
