It's others who inflate her fee-for-sevice contract with NNVC into something more than it is.

Seymour claims to have entered into a fee-for-service contract with the Moffat lab, where he pays money in return for some service. e.g. model development.

Fee-for-service providers do it for the fee. They don't give a shit about who or what their client is or does, as long as the check cashes.
