Downhill- Spoke to Steve today. He is in regular touch with the principles and believes they will get things moving in Sept. Not that we have not heard this before. He made the point that institutional interest is very low in the summer and that has slowed things down.

Hard not to love the very small float...if they do get anything going the PPS will skyrocket as there are only a few million shares in available.
