For those who can't read between the lines....notice I stated "established" utility companies. CHRON has a long way to go and may never get there. To put it in plain terms......an RS would more than likely be needed to get to some of the share prices suggested lately. I am not here to ruffle any feathers but, I will defend my opinion. GLTA.
