Exactly my point. The benefits of RMAT, if assigned, is merely an expedited pre approval process for the actual FDA approval. The drug is in phase 2 for 10 years now with no competitors taking notice. In the mean time, the company almost went broke and lost its patent status. And now it's supposed to have a billon $ market value as some claim?
