By planning this out has helped me I feel deal with such high losses and nice gains.

High losses I mean the roller coaster ride we have all been on in the last couple weeks.

I feel the saying people have said recently is true, you don't lose unless you sell, you don't gain also unless you sell.

By planning and doing my own research ontop of others, has gave me the ha ha ha strength to not sell.

Just wanted to put this out there.
