hi Jaymark - I agree in many ways about the




real need for something other than these long
silences in which no doubt all sorts of inches are
being made..

I guess the purest project/ test would be an entirely new
pipeline - ie no disruption involved..

as it is there must be processes ongoing but they are probably
too specific and bespoke to easily involve us, news, updates and
all the rest of it..

you suggest the vacuum cleaner salesman...how about the metaphor of a tailor ...? would the consenting client appreciate being involved in anything other than the fuss and specialist fuss re his / her needs and purchase ?

if every inch of pipeline is a potential consideration and then there is remote control / SCADA etc ..just think how this mass of
separate technical issues would invite or involve the full weight of the entire bureaucracy ?

my guess is that the potential clients are being as slow as
they are scrupulous - none of them is poor and they will get their
money back in good time and so who knows how many ways there are
of testing or suggesting variations...special models or skids for
different platforms....

and how could there be a contract or good deal until it was ALL
ready and included ...having all been virtually or maybe even actually tested ?

I honestly think this process is unfolding regardless of anything
re the management's approach ...After all - Messrs Bundros or Dickson know the territory very well...

I do think it will change once the first contracts and clients
are up and running ..

but I am truly weary of the whole damn thing
