I guess we will see if your electric company pr moves this past .05. I doubt it will and if it does with a typical 1-2 million share day on news it will be back in the .02s. In 3-4 days. I will sell your little electric news and double my position again when your seller comes back. Do you believe Caro has big buyers lined up with the uplist that can't buy at this area. If somebody wanted this stock they would find a way to buy it. Not like you are going to pull a mutual fund into a stock that was trading at .025 in the last year. Keep believing big money is just waiting for the uplist.
It will give it a bump but not like you are talking.

If I believed it was going to $4.00 this year I would invest $300,000 tomorrow at the ask all day long. I would show up the next day with a pile of money and do it again.
Then I would sell the house car toys etc and go for 3 days in a row.
4th day I would have my other stocks and 401 cashed out and moved over.

Management would do the same thing if they thought it was going to happen.
