It was back in 2006 or 2007, I don't really know. He said he had over 35 million or something like that. He told me to hold onto my shares because he was going to spin some other oil assets into the shell. Then everything went to shit, the owner went through a nasty divorce and was also sued by the company that bought out his other businesses and made him CEO, it was quite a soap opera. BEYS was the company that Larry was a part of, all the assets were going to go into TRAE but then BEYS bought them instead...

Regardless, probably a very inexpensive little shell for someone to buy one day, come on next Marijuana play, make Daddy rich for holding for 10 years lol!
