i think they got it in their head that they were going to be big time in a short amount of time. Made a few errors in the shell and the deal with Caro. 30 million shares is a years worth of shares with the volume we have. I think they were willing to do anything to move up as fast as possible and found out they didn't have the ability to do it.
Not sure why they were raising more money at the shareholder meeting if money was going to be rolling in by the end of year.
They made 24k last year. The seller made that today off the stock he sold.
You acted like people would just loan money at no cost to them. It does not happen in the real world.

Never found out what the offer was but the only reason I would need that is to see the value they put on the company and to see how bad they needed money and what the dilution would be.

I have no real problem with them other than lack of communication and results with shareholders.

I have a full position ready for the next move up and will decide based on the volume and pps I see to decide on my exit for the majority of the shares. I have a number but if we catch the uplisting news I might change my sell price.

Only reason I am not in the million share club is I don't think I could get out of a position that large with the seller in place and low volume.

At this point I am 100 percent happy with my investment. Where I tend to have a problem with the cheerleaders is the fact they lead people on to believe the company will go up higher and faster than it will.

That's my problem with telling people to buy at the ask when they know a seller will bury them with shares in the next week. It's not like it's a front running group and enough cash to move a stock.

My first day on this board and spent all day looking at people's post.
I have a good feel for the people on this board. Some I pay attention to some are just cheap entertainment.

Believe it or not I will be happy if this goes straight up and leaves me behind and makes everybody rich.
I will be ok with my little 25k profit if it gets to .05 again.

What I don't like to see is people like Bob that said he sold for a lose today.
Not that I know his situation but I assume he got caught up in the hype and forgot or did not take notice of the seller.

I bought my first pink sheet stock in 1997 so I have seen a lot pumps/dumps and anything in between.
I have made some huge mistakes in the trading world but once I finalize my plan the only thing to do at that point is to execute it and make modifications along the way with the information I have.

Management might try to execute the plan they have laid out in a timely manner.
