Neal,

What is "for" and what is "against"? These are very relative terms. So let me clear up the confusion. lol

I'm FOR Sandy buying back all the shares he can at the cheapest price possible so he doesn't need to take as much money out of the business. This should also allow him to get the OS down to a much lower level over the next few months (buying <.0007) than if he has to pay >.001.

I don't want to run this stock with 11 or 10 or 7 or even 5 billion shares in the OS. It simply won't go very far or sustain growth. I want Sandy to spend as little of the company's precious money as possible to buy as many shares as possible, in the shortest time as possible. I think we can all admit this is one of the most viable and believable businesses in the pinksheets, but the OS has to get down below 3 billion to get this to another exchange and up to much higher levels, and that takes time and money.

So I say, give Sandy the next 3-6 months to buy this at these levels, then we'll look for a run. Probably Q1 2007 before serious and sustainable growth will occur for this stock.

This is one of, if not the only stock, I truly LOVE. When it's ready, it will not only "have it's day", it will have it's YEARS of growth and value. But not until it's ready, and we're not there yet.

JMHO,

Pennystocks, we're in the looney bin for sure.
