BP hipp was given a million shares as a purchase price for the company. Secondly upland is a conglomerate of companies and the purchase price would be divided mostly to the early owners and investors. I know there is alot of optimism that we will be included but all signs are saying we won't. If so it will be a very small amount. That major shareholder you speak of with 40 million shares probably was cut a deal in that million shares that so far hasn't included us.
