Yes it is 3 months late (on an already delayed timeline) and the audit is a big deal as being SEC compliant and having the option to move off pink sheets to the next level is a big deal. They certainly pay IR alot of money and the stock can not even be recommended to possible Institutional Investors until an audit is done and moved off the pinks. Getting pretty excited over nothing here that I can see...and apparently waiting till the last second for year end financials as it was done 3/23/2016 last year and still not put out yet this year...Friday is the last day of the month and quarter
