That seems unlikely. It appears that the market has already baked in a number for Q4 of around $6.3 million in revenues.

That number has been confirmed by a few investors investors who claim to have called Hayden IR for clarification on the recent press release which indicated a 47% increase in revenue for the quarter.

Unless they are lying, that's the number we expect to see.

The big question that has yet to be answered is what will the expense picture look like and what will the net profit or loss be for the quarter?

If it's a big quarterly loss, your fears of a sharp drop may be justified.
