I don't believe it's ever been discussed here that in October 2015 Chris transferred the ownership of his 41,000,000 World Moto shares to a company called Lucky Twins Ventures Co., LTD, giving control not only to himself but also to his wife Nutchanoot.

Why would an owner of World Moto transfer ownership of his shares to another company?
