It would please me greatly to declare that the Scam is a thing of the past, and that CDEX is well rid of the Scamsters..but the LOCH BOD is the very ones that established CDEX, and still hold considerable shares, I believe.

The LAB is essentially the same as it was back when it was trying to make ELF and the various spin-offs from ELF work, with scant success.

management has new faces, largely un-tried. "Nice" guys no doubt, as reported by the "large delegation" of shareholderes to the shareholders meeting.

They do have Valimed, and that is good. But Valimed pre-dates the current management. The meth gun was in the works prior to the new management.

All that the new management has accomplished? A declaratiobn that they "expect" large revenues beginning next year. And apparently, found a source of operating money, somehow,,

Can they do the revenue thing? One hopes so, sincerely. But they have yet to prove anything. Especially that the LOCH scam is dead.
