My source is telling me that merger is with two other coal company.I don't know if it's true or hype.But,clearly some one or group is buying at low pps share for a reason.April is been extremely good to this stock in its inception.I believe it's high was around 0.75 cents,before President Obama destroyed the industry and thousands loss jobs.Anyways,some cheap money possibly make it return at this pps level.
