To put it another way Mojo, I was becoming pretty much convinced Vietnam would never happen and I was getting increased frustrated at the lack of progress reports. Frankly I was begging for them to give up on Vietnam and move on to another country , which they announced they were doing in 2015 I think ? Or was it last year ? Anyway , a province signing off and cooperating at the level this province appears to be cooperating was something I had given up on.

I do not think Quang Nam and Kraig Labs would have arrived at this point , especially not publicly , if they did not already have assurances from the central government. I think this is done. If I end up wrong, please come to my house and perform a mercy killing on me lol
