Re the alleged 8-K Feb. 14, 2017 shown here. I checked the SEC filings and the only thing showing is the form 15 dated Oct.3,2016.
It appears the alleged 8-K showing here is a doctored document from an earlier time and it is NOT showing with the TD Ameritrade SEC filings.
The only thing I've seen to date has been the hype posted here without verifiable documentation.
