The deal was priced at $2.00!!! if we were close to commercialization they could have put together a debt deal (perhaps not ideal terms but certainly not toxic like this cap raise). They are desperate for cash which leads me to believe we are very far off from turning a profit and this cap raise is for keeping the lights on. They want us to think that we are oh so close so we do not contemplate revolting against the board and mgmt but this should paint a very clear picture. MGMT needs to go ASAP
