I thought the same thing until I saw the 8K filing followed by 187 pages of a reverse merger agreement. That changed my mind when I did my DD. It tells me a dormant shell with some very managable history can become an immediate $7 million revenue company with reported $10 million in revenue for 2017. Now the big thing will be what the big news is the CEO says is coming out this week. Almost every share yesterday was at .0003 so you have about 1 billion at a base price of .0003. We shall see why just 2 weeks ago this stock was absolutely dormant and now all of a sudden an 8K filing and 187 pages of a reverse merger agreement with no news from the company! I think the upside potential sure as heck outweighs the downside risk at this point. JMHO
