With the execution of this agreement, Dominovas will now focus solely on continuing its business development throughout the world for the advancement of its technology on a Megawatt (MW) scale. As the Company has committed to utility-grade scale energy, it now has a partner to assist in the facilitation and manufacturing, thereof. The agreement contains proprietary clauses with respect to price, but Dominovas will remain competitive in the market place. The first MW RUBICON™ systems are expected to be received within the next 24 months.
