You know buyouts use to be a sure thing, but lately its a toss up.
Though the business model will be better now that they're focused on the domestic market, it can be viewed as a negative to potential suitors who are solely basing the purchase on reach on a global scale...Either way, if this CEO can turn things into the green, GRPN can double in price easily with the points you had mentioned.
