I have not heard one thing about dilution! You know what I think when I hear that, is it's meant to drive price down. Usually it's used after the run, but that came out of no where. Nice one never saw that coming. I'll remember, when waiting for a run, to flip that one out there, try to drive it down or at least hold it where it's at then buy. That way when announcements hit I'll have more shares.
