But since you are curious, I can explain some of my backstory briefly.
I came across WorldMoto some time ago. When the founders told me that it was already a listed company I was very curious to understand more about the structure since the firm had never posted revenue (bar a Wheelies deal) and I'm not very bullish on the sales potential of physical meters for motorbikes. After I read the company's FB page I was concerned that investors -- who have been trusting and provided their money to finance operators -- were having the wool pulled over their eyes.
I came to this forum to understand whether that is true -- whether there are investors who have invested sums of money that are significant to them, and whether they have been kept in the dark?
As I'm sure members of this forum will now, World Moto's website is offline, the email address are bouncing and its social media accounts appear to have been abandoned. Hence this forum is the only place for information.
I've been writing about technology in Asia for more than 6 years, including detailed stories/contacts within Uber, Grab, Ola, Go-Jek, Didi Chuxing and other companies, so I'm happy to answer any questions, or provide more details of my background (where I can) if that helps to establish trust.
