You're correct Yooo, Colombia not only makes it cheaper, but I read (sorry would have to dig for the link) that Canada will buy from Colombia in a trade agreement that is in place between both countries

Colombia can grow year round, and has native strains that are superior in the natural Colombian climate.

Unfortunately, none of that helps the value of this stock, for now.
