As far as Q2 FS release date, I think hoping for an early April release is not realistic.

We are now analyzing and quantifying the physical, geotechnical, environmental, and geochemical properties of our plant tailings and evaluating their engineering properties for use as a backfill material in the mine.  Testing required in this process involves the curing of a range of mixtures of the tailings with cement and or backfill that can take up to 28 days.  The properties determined during these test programs will drive the capital and operating costs of the backfill system and the surface impoundment.  

Aside from that part of the update above (and I'm not saying that part was bad either) ...the shareholder update and information released today was EXCELLENT!!! And even in the section above, they can't make cement/backfill compounds cure any faster than nature allows, so there is nothing to do on that front but wait for them to cure, then figure out/choose which one they will use.

Hopefully those that have been freaking out about the FS not being out soon enough will give it a little more breathing room to get done now, and not start freaking out again after only a week or two.
