Your theory is interesting do you have any factual information to support it?

That being said I disagree with pretty much everything you've stated, especially your thoughts on RVUE (previously Mark) dropping the ball on sales and revenue...Have you read the Roche Enterprises page on RVUE? Almost every other paragraph eludes to or discusses DLV being in its infancy.

Could it be as simple as... Roche thought the market and technology RVUE plays in and with had enough promise as a "pie in the sky" idea to throw some cash at early... fast forward a few years and his hunch is right, so right that he wanted a bigger piece... the entire company?

Also, when you own 62%+ of a company... that is dark... you can have the numbers reported to only your grandmother if you so desire. Notice I said "own" aka controlling interest.

Show me a link to a legal requirement to file anything on the OTC as a dark company.
