Sonic Flow engine technology is in there and mentioned under Intellectual Property/Technology... Yes APT MotoVox Group, Inc and MTVX shareholders clearly by all rights have a valid claim in ownership of all those technologies and products... Smart Carb, Sonic Flow, MotoVox and MotoPeds... And I haven't seen a single thing to show otherwise. So yes... shareholders of MTVX SHOULD have a beef with anyone who wants to try and take a hiatus with any of it and fleece shareholders of having a vested interest in all of it. There is absolutely no question about this from my perspective, and there's no point in anyone arguing about it. Both Troy Covey and Cory Dyess have been wrong in the way they have handled a lot of things, and that's why MTVX is where it is right now. And that doesn't change anything in how MTVX shareholders should still have a legal right and claim in the whole process of having a vested stake in the ownership of all this stuff. Black and white, plain as day!

But besides all of that, bottom line for me is... If MotoPeds ends up BEing the one and only product that breaks through to have a positive impact in some way for the share price of MTVX... and we can all sell out and make some decent money BEfore any kind of litigation would BEcome necessary to protect and redeem our interests, then that would BE totally fine with me. Go MotoPeds! Go MTVX!
