That's what I wonder is if they were short funds (states in press release cash problems) and as part of the acquisition had to issue x shares to the seller.




Also - how is it determined if something is a sell or a buy? Someone had to buy all of those shares right? I got my fill at .0003 this afternoon and my # of shares never showed in the trades list (I always use an obscure number)
