I used to do business with Growlife but they sent me a partial order fill and closed out the whole order. Now this was a mistake by an employee, not the company. But when I inquired about the balance of my order, the company would not answer and customer service blocked my email address from communicating with them. The amount in question was only $75 but the loss of good will was total for me.
