It still makes your shares more expensive to own. Nobody talks about the obvious. If they're doing a 1 for 4, that means my price movement has just been decreased by 75%. If I own 100,000 shares that means every penny that used to move made or lost me $1000 dollars. Now after the RS every penny movement makes me $250. Instead of this being a zip code changer it is now a sports car changer. If I want that $1000 movement per penny again, I have to purchase a shit ton more shares, thus making the share price more expensive for me and all the other current share holders.

Let me know if I'm looking at this from the wrong angle, though. I would love somebody to ease my mind, I'm not being a smart ass, I'm being serious.
