III. Conclusion

Staff reviewed Enertrade's request for an amendment to its REP certification to reflect a change in ownership/control, contact information, and technical/managerial qualifications and determined that the application meets the requirements of 16 TAC § 25A 07. Therefore, Staff recommends that the application be approved.


We sure did wait a significantly longer than stated length of time but I am very pleased...
