I keep hearing about the news on this board but OWCP does NOT need any news to run up! Many investors on OTC invest based on the chart not the solid DD OWCP or others have.

Since the beginning of March, the PPS has been fluctuating in a tight band around $1.20 to 1.40. OWCP is getting ready to do its next spike up. Those who were here since October know exactly what I'm talking about because we have seen this several times.

It surges, traces back 40-50%, stabilizes within a tight band, then bollingers close, MACD crosses, and it beats new 52-week highs.

It is just a matter of days and we will see the same run again!
