No it means he is hitting the large bid at 12 so that it doesn't affect the price, but that means when 13s are hit there won't be any bid support and we fall fast - I've seen it before. He is selling below bid, taking out those bids, but trying not to entice more selling but when he is done there won't be any bid support left to support the stock -
