Ok, thanks for letting us know that LOGG will not do a 1-30 reverse split

There is no split posted...The Reverse Stock Split permits (but does not require) the Board to effect the Reverse Stock Split at a ratio (the “Reverse Stock Split Ratio”) of 1:30. The Board reserves its right not to effect the Reverse Stock Split if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the Reverse Stock Split is no longer in the best interests of the Company and its stockholders.
