Company should be trading at around $10.00 a share, you are getting an 80% discount due to recent dilution.

BEFORE DILUTION: 1.7 MILLION SHARES

AFTER DILUTION 2.9 MILLION SHARES.

This company was once $140.00 a share. They used the money to buy the AQUADEX program from Baxter Pharmaceuticals last year. They are expanding its' growth.
