i would not believe in anything that comes from third, thats first, second is, that TTCM is US SEC reporting, iam going with them and they sure would interfere, when there would be something wrong.

there wasnt ever a reverse split at TTCM, nor was there big dilution, so if it would be that bad, would we not had a couple splits and big dilution..yes it would.

Further, so many private companies buying shell companies to go public, the same did our Ceo with its private Co Click evidence. Nothing wrong with it.
