Oh they will if they haven't already...they wouldn't put out 8k without already having handled that or being in the process of crossing those t's and dotting those i's. Why put out a material change with no intent to complete their filings...? Let's think about this first...that 8k is a pretty big statement just to retract it because they failed to get current on filings. IHSI
