Why do some claim this is a real company with real products etc. etc.. most agree on this the real issue is. This is a company with HUGE (CD) toxic debt who enjoys taking on more of the same once the old (CD) toxic debt is converted, it`s an endless cycle that needs to end. If everything was so great, why is it the company can`t get simple traditional bank financing at a reasonable rate that`s the million dollar question think about it. There lies your answer, no matter how well this AP guy claims the companies doing no bank will trust his him with any depositors money so he needs to revert to the cesspool of financing with outrageous terms and conditions and who pays for this all of us if your invested then it`s you and I.
