Although Ogburn has stepped down as "CEO" he holds 67% of outstanding shares through Lightwave Capital. He's not "out" of IBRC. If you don't believe me, look at OTC profile. Also wouldn't hurt you to read AH1T 8-K.

There's a bigger picture in the works. AHIT/IXB merged in order to keep supply flowing to IBRC, as I "guess" will be the wholesaler/retailer of CBD.

Remember, this is simpy my opinion from MY OWN DD.
