Take a look at the market cap of the otc and ....as a simple example KCG
( formerly Nite securities ) sold and not yet purchased line item on their balance sheet.

It's nothing to laugh about.

Any moron can figure the theft , only the self regulated SEC are blind , deaf , and dumb when it comes to enforcement
