Elite continues to meet the goal of one ANDA average per quarter

$ELTP ANDA Percocet and ANDA Norco in 2HCY2016 meets Nasrat guidance. 2 Qtrs and 2 ANDAs = one new ANDA avg per Qtr since the beginning.

Whether one new blockbuster ANDA filing in 1QCY2017 or two new blockbuster ANDA filings in 2QCY2017 is of no concerns to DD savvy $ELTP shareholders.
