Ha! The reduction of the authorized shares means nothing. The Outstanding shares is what matters, and what is even more important is the float, but since it is equal to the O/S, it doesn't change anything. I would like to know why James Tilton is also known as James A. Tilton & James D. Tilton. How comes you cannot find any photograph of that guy? Nothing! Where is his personal facebook account??? Who is he? James D. Tilton is the notorius former CEO of Numobile & is perhaps the king of reverse splits. All his 'companies' did so many R/S's, he needs to come up with laughable excuses to try to inflate the shareprice. He has always been at the center of a network of small companies who always did one reverse split after the other one. While he releases a PR which states that no dilution will take place, there was already a 13G filing for 132,420,000 shares. So, if this ain't dilution, then what is it? smile If he plans to pay a dividend, how is he going to pay it for? Shares? That will be dilution, cause NSAV has no cash & a negative cash flow. I had a good laugh with this PR smile He doesn't own a single share of NSAV. That is right. He sold them all in the open market.
"I can't express in words how thrilled I am to personally announce the launch of our company Twitter and Facebook accounts. " That is so funny... How can you be 'thrilled' about something trivial like that? smileSince cannabis is a 'hot' sector, he will try to get share of the pie. That pie is in fact your money! If you send him a mail: ask him for a photo. I would like to see the face of the king of reverse splits. If you want to read about Numobile & how much money he trashed, before 'Going Dark' with it. https://www.sec.gov/cgi-bin/browse-edgar?company=numobile&owner=exclude&action=getcompany
