Premier Biomedical Inc (BIEI)

This is one of the best cup and handle charts i have seen.
Rest of handle is about to form. Break .024 mark and count BIEI
to run to silverland.

I believe BIEI is a solid Buy before the big move.
Chart has many positive indicators: Accumulation rising,
Golden cross coming with 50 day moving average about to
run pass 200 moving average, and PSAR will most likely
flip to bullish this week.

My opinion is BIEI to test .05+ within 3 weeks or less.
