Tonix's Investor Relations said, "there are many institutional investors unable to invest in securities that fall below a certain price per share. The reverse split is good for Tonix because it allows them to market the stock to better quality investors while avoiding being de-listed."

Agree or not? They lost many penny stock traders. Hopefully they will pick up institutional investors.
