Welcome to the board. It's likely not dilution as the SS hasn't changed in three weeks and the next conversion isn't due until the end of may. This was likely manipulation by the MMs or traders trying to get cheaper shares or average down. Without continued pressure in volume or news released it makes it easier to do. There are also traders out there that will flip 10 milly for a $1000 profit and get out. Then it more shares cheaper as it churns down. It's all on how you view the company long or short term and what your goals are. It can be frustrating but you're doing the right thing by starting small and learning before investing your life savings. Good Luck. Still holding my 10 milly!
