Things are getting interesting here. If they are contacting us, they obviously do not have enough votes to get the deal done. In fact, im fairly confident they are worried they dont have enough votes to establish a quorum. I am NOT advising anyone what to do, but i may be a non vote so they have a harder time establishing the quorum and cant even officially hold the meeting. A "no" vote is still a vote and counts towards establishing the quorum.
