I have been talking with Brad A LOT over the past few days. He is probably tired of talking to me by now.

The reason the price is going down is one of the investors, a debt conversion deal, is refusing to cooperate and when offered to be bought out from their note of only $13,000 by a friendlier firm, they refused. So they believe that as soon as they're out this will all be far less of a problem.

You all also need to keep in mind that when we, the shareholders, are putting money into the market to buy more shares and we are not putting money not into the company. So if you're not directly investing into the company, you have to expect the company to find Capital somewhere. Until they are revenue positive enough to support themselves, they have to raise money. I don't think many shareholders understand that when they're buying shares in the market they're really not helping the company at all unless it's raising the price up and that somehow helps them raise more money at better terms. Other than that, there's very little benefit to the company. If shareholders really wanted to help the company, they buy shares directly from the company where they can use the capital to make the company grow and will not be reliant on debt conversions.

Also, keep in mind that when investing in any technology company you want to look at what the total available Market is or TAM. Every tech company that is investable must have a product that has at least a 30 billion total available Market. Now, 70% of kids are on Smart devices by the time they're seven years old and that's only growing. This is a huge Marketplace and will only continue to grow.

And yes, SwanLock is coming out this weekend. And yes it will be out as a Beta. But it will show all of us what is going on.
