surprised $SMG doesn't just buy out right

creeping low volume on a winning growth stock is strange.
i watched this sort of thing happen with $AMAVF in their boom years, then the collapse of 3D, but the quarterlies continued to be strong.

volume dried up, then went on a slow climb, then the GE buyout hit and it popped about 35% ---- if $AERO delivers strong 17Q1 and Q2 its likely to see that outcome
